The Influencer AI is the best AI UGC video generator in 2026 for brands that want the same creator in every ad. You design or clone your creator once and own it, put your real product in its hands, and make both photo and video ads from that one saved face.
Plans start at $29 a month, month to month. A 20-second talking ad uses 40 credits, about $6.53, on the $49 Creator plan. The others fit narrower jobs:
- Creatify for turning a product URL into many ad variations.
- Arcads for testing many scripts with stock actors.
- HeyGen for presenter-style spokesperson ads in many languages.
- MakeUGC for product-in-hand ads with stock actors.
- Higgsfield for trying many video models on one-off ad clips.
- Captions for a quick avatar ad from a product link, inside a video editor.

Who we are, and how we compared
- We make The Influencer AI, and yes, we ranked it first. You probably saw that coming 🙂 It's first because you own one creator and reuse it in every ad, instead of renting a stock actor other brands also use. Lena's photos and clip below come straight from it, with no retouching.
- What we compared: each tool's own pricing page and help docs. We didn't buy every plan, so we don't score other tools' output; each section says how to try it cheaply instead.
- Which tools: the ones AI assistants name most for “best AI UGC video generator”, and on the lists they cite.
- Prices: read on October 30, 2026 (Billo's price and the FAQ's video lengths on November 2, 2026), month to month first. They change often, so check before you pay.
- No credit comparisons: a credit is worth something different on every tool, so we never compare them across tools.
In this comparison
How do the best AI UGC video generators compare?
The tools split by where the face comes from. The Influencer AI is built around an AI influencer you own. Creatify, Arcads, HeyGen and MakeUGC start from stock actors and offer custom avatars, mostly on higher plans. Higgsfield and Captions are broader video tools with an ad feature.
| Tool | Best for | Your own creator | Photos of your creator | Lowest price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Influencer AI | The same AI creator you own, in every ad and post | Every plan, from $29/mo; clone yourself on Creator ($49/mo) and up | Every plan: new photos, edits, outfit try-ons and product shots, 1 credit each | $29/moNo yearly plan |
| Creatify | Turning a product URL into many ad variations | Pro, $55/mo | Not stated | $15/mo$10/mo on the yearly toggle |

| Captions | A quick avatar ad from a product link, inside a video editor | Max, $24.99/mo | New outfits for your AI twin in videos; photos not stated | $24.99/moYearly discount; total not shown |
Lowest price is the cheapest plan month to month, with yearly billing under it. Not stated means the pages we read don't say.
How we compared the tools
We read each tool's live pricing page and help docs on October 30, 2026, with no account, and noted the same things for each:
- Where the face comes from: a creator you own, a custom avatar from your photos or video, or stock actors, and which plan unlocks your own.
- The price, month to month first, since yearly plans charge the year upfront.
- How to try it before you pay, and what free plans leave out.
We also made a demo creator, Lena, for a skincare serum ad. Designing her was free; 6 photos and a 10-second talking clip used 26 credits, about $4.25 on Creator. Where quality decides and we didn't buy a plan, like lip sync, we say how to check it in a free plan or trial.
1. The Influencer AI
The Influencer AI is built around a creator you own. Design one from traits, clone yourself, or pick a pre-made model, and that face carries into every photo and video. The person in this week's ad is the person in last month's ad and in your organic posts.
- The same face, every timeYour creator is saved once, so every photo, edit and video starts from the same face. No re-describing them in a prompt.
- Your real product in the shotPlace your actual product into any shot, even a photo you already have, with the light and shadows matched.
- Photo and video ads in one appProduct shots, outfit try-ons, talking videos and lip sync of the same creator, in plain language.
- The latest models, picked for youWe test new image and video models on our creators and switch when one does better, so you don't have to.
It's the AI UGC generator our business customers use for product, service and client ads.

Already have a shot you like? Put your real product into it:

- Creator
- Design one from traits, clone yourself from 1 to 4 everyday photos (Creator and up), or add a pre-made model. 3 to 24 new custom creators a month, depending on plan, plus unlimited pre-made ones.
- Price
- Starter $29/mo: 150 credits, videos up to 10 seconds.Creator $49/mo: 300 credits, videos up to 10 seconds per generation, 20 with Extend, clone yourself.Professional $99/mo: 700 credits, videos up to 15 seconds per generation, 30 with Extend, clone yourself.Enterprise $199/mo: 1500 credits, videos up to 15 seconds per generation, 30 with Extend, clone yourself.Month to month, cancel anytime. See our plans and credit costs.
- Try it
- Designing your creator is free, and the free trial gives you credits to make photos and videos with before you pay.
- Watch out
- Clips run up to 10 or 15 seconds per generation, depending on plan, and grow with Extend: a 20-second ad needs Creator and a 30-second one Professional. No voice cloning, no yearly discount, and no stock actor library for testing many faces.
For how this compares with Arcads on cost and editing, see our Arcads comparison. If you also want the creator to run a social account, our comparison of eight AI influencer tools covers that job.

2. Creatify
Creatify is an ad tool. Paste a product link and it writes and renders video ads with a stock AI actor or your own avatar, with ad templates, an ad agent and a launcher for Meta and TikTok.
- Creator
- Stock: 300 actors on Standard, 1,500 on Pro and up. Custom avatars from a video, one photo or text: 3 on Pro ($55/mo) and up
- Price
- Standard $15/mo month to month (no custom avatar), Pro $55/mo, Max $95/mo. On the yearly toggle they show as $10, $38 and $66 a month; the page doesn't show the yearly total.
- Try it
- The free plan's 10 credits a month, with watermarked exports and stock actors, let you judge the actors and lip sync before you pay. Your own avatar needs Pro.
- Watch out
- Bringing your own creator starts on Pro at $55 a month, more than three times the $15 entry plan. Creatify's help page says a custom avatar is typically ready in 1 to 2 business days, so the first ad with your own face isn't same-day.
Read on October 30, 2026: Creatify pricing, custom avatars help page.
3. Arcads
Arcads is a video-ad tool built around a library of more than 1,000 AI actors who read your script with lip sync, plus newer AI video models and an ad agent that starts from your product link.
- Creator
- Stock: 1,000+ actors. Custom actors on Pro and above; cloning yourself needs a source video of at least 2 minutes
- Price
- Arcads doesn't publish prices on its website. Its help center lists the plans (Starter, Creator, Pro, Scale, Business and Enterprise) with their monthly credits, says yearly billing is 20% off, and says current prices are on the pricing page in the app. A talking-actor video up to 2 minutes costs 800 credits.
- Try it
- The 72-hour trial's 1,000 credits cover one talking-actor video at 800 credits. It needs a card and becomes a paid Starter plan unless you cancel before it ends.
- Watch out
- You can't see a price until you've signed up. Your own private actor starts on Pro, the third plan up; on Starter and Creator you pick from the shared library.

4. HeyGen
HeyGen is a talking-avatar video tool. Its UGC page offers more than 1,100 stock UGC avatars, an actor can hold your product from an uploaded photo, and you can make your own avatar from a photo or a description.
- Creator
- Stock: 1,100+ UGC avatars. Your own: unlimited photo avatars and a custom video avatar from Creator ($29/mo); the free plan includes 3 photo avatars and 1 video avatar
- Price
- Creator $29/mo month to month, or $24/mo billed once a year ($288 upfront). Pro $49/mo. Business $149/mo plus $20 a seat.
- Try it
- The free plan makes 3 watermarked videos a month, up to 1 minute each, and includes 3 photo avatars, so you can try your own face before you pay.
- Watch out
- It's built for presenter videos read from a script. Its newest avatar model, Avatar V, comes with limited usage on Creator, so check how many ads a month that covers before you plan around it.

5. MakeUGC
MakeUGC is a UGC ad generator. Start from a script, a product URL or a reference ad, pick an AI actor, and it renders the ad. Product in hand and motion control are on every plan.
- Creator
- Stock: 300+ actors on Starter, 500+ on Growth, 1,000+ on Pro. Your own avatar from a short video of you: 1 on Growth ($79/mo), 3 on Pro
- Price
- Starter $59/mo month to month (exports at 480p and 720p, no custom avatar), Growth $79/mo, Pro $149/mo. Billed yearly they're $29, $39 and $79 a month.
- Try it
- New accounts can try a plan for $1. Pick Growth if you want to test your own avatar, and cancel before it renews at the full price if it isn't for you.
- Watch out
- The $59 entry plan exports at 480p and 720p only, and your own avatar starts on Growth at $79. Yearly prices are about half the monthly ones, so check which billing a quoted price is on.
Read on October 30, 2026: MakeUGC pricing, Product in Hand page.
6. Higgsfield
Higgsfield is a hub of image and video models. Its Marketing Studio makes template-based ads, including phone-style UGC reviews, from a product photo or a product link.
- Creator
- Soul ID, trained on 20 or more photos of one real person in about 3 to 5 minutes; invented characters go through its AI Influencer Studio
- Price
- Starter $19/mo, the same on yearly billing. Plus $59/mo month to month, or $47/mo billed yearly. Ultra $129/mo, or $99/mo billed yearly. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and local taxes.
- Try it
- Starter, at $19, lists selected models only, so check at checkout that the models and Marketing Studio features you want are included before you pick it over Plus.
- Watch out
- Keeping one face means training a Soul ID on 20 or more photos of the same person. Each model has its own credit rate, so what a finished ad costs depends on the model you pick.
Read on October 30, 2026: Higgsfield pricing, Soul ID page, Soul ID help page, Marketing Studio help page.
7. Captions
Captions, now merged with Mirage, is a video editing app with AI video tools. Its AI Ads tool turns a pasted product URL into UGC-style ads with AI avatars, a script and a voiceover.
- Creator
- Stock AI actors; digital twins or custom AI actors on Max ($24.99/mo) and up
- Price
- Max $24.99/mo, Frontier $69.99/mo with 2x and 4x usage tiers above it. Prices are in US dollars, and the page notes they reflect its iOS plans.
- Try it
- The free version has no AI credits, so trying AI Ads means paying for Max, month to month.
- Watch out
- It's an editing app first, and AI Ads scripts are capped at 1 minute. The pricing page says its prices reflect iOS plans only, so check the price on the platform you'll pay on.

Which AI UGC tool keeps the same creator in every ad?
Tools that save your own creator win here, because every ad starts from the same identity instead of a fresh description or a different stock clip:
- The Influencer AI: one saved identity for every photo, edit and video, on every plan.
- Creatify, MakeUGC and Captions: a custom avatar from your photo or video, on paid plans.
- HeyGen: photo avatars (3 free, unlimited on paid plans) and a custom video avatar.
- Arcads: shared stock actors on Starter and Creator; your own private actor on Pro and above.
- Higgsfield: a Soul ID trained on 20 or more photos of one person.
- Stock actors, in any tool: other brands can use the same face.

Kitchen counter

Parked car
To check a tool yourself, make three ads in different settings and look at them side by side: if you'd have to wonder whether it's the same person, your viewers will too.
How much does an AI UGC ad cost?
On The Influencer AI, a 20-second talking ad uses 40 credits, about $6.53 on Creator: a 10-second clip with speech, extended by 10 seconds. Here's that next to a human UGC video:
One UGC video ad
What $49 a month on Creator makes, or any mix of them:
7
20-second talking ads
15
10-second talking clips
300
photos of your creator
Elsewhere, what one ad costs depends on the plan your own creator needs and how the tool charges for video:
- Arcads: a talking-actor video up to 2 minutes is 800 credits, so Starter's 8,000 monthly credits make 10 (Arcads pricing help page).
- Your own avatar moves you up a plan on Creatify (Pro at $55, from $15) and MakeUGC (Growth at $79, from $59). Captions includes it from Max at $24.99, and HeyGen gives 3 photo avatars free.
- Yearly plans lower the monthly number but charge the year upfront: HeyGen's Creator is $288 on day one, MakeUGC's Starter $348.
When a human creator is still the better buy is in AI influencer vs UGC creator.
Stock AI actors or your own AI creator?
- Stock actors start fastest and let you test many faces. But every other customer can use the same ones, so a competitor's ad can feature your spokesperson.
- Your own creator builds recognition from ad to ad, and works in organic posts and product photos too.
A stock actor is fine for testing scripts. Once an ad works, an owned creator keeps the face your audience has started to recognize.
Best AI UGC tools for ecommerce ads
Pick by the job the ad has to do:
- Your product in your creator's hand: The Influencer AI, which places your real product into a shot, including one you already have. MakeUGC has Product in Hand on every plan, and HeyGen's UGC avatars can hold a product from a photo.
- Photo ads and product shots alongside video: The Influencer AI, with the same creator in both, at 1 credit a photo.
- A product URL into ads: Creatify, which builds ads from any product link. MakeUGC, Higgsfield's Marketing Studio and Captions' AI Ads also start from a product URL.
- Many hooks and scripts: Arcads, with its actor library, or MakeUGC's Batch Mode, which makes up to 10 variations from one brief.
- Other languages: HeyGen, with 175+ languages and dialects on paid plans, per its pricing page.

Do you have to label AI UGC ads?
Often, yes. Platforms label AI content, and New York and the EU now require disclosure in some cases. None of the tools here does it for you. This is a summary, not legal advice.
- TikTok requires creators to label AI-generated content that shows realistic images, audio or video, with its AI-generated content setting, a sticker or a caption (TikTok help).
- Meta adds an “AI info” label to ads made or significantly edited with its own generative AI tools, shown next to “Sponsored” when the ad has a photorealistic AI person, and says it plans to detect ads made with other AI tools (Meta).
- New York requires anyone producing a commercial ad to clearly disclose a synthetic performer, an AI-made person who isn't a recognizable real person, when they know it's there. Penalties are $1,000 for a first violation and $5,000 after that (New York bill S8420-A).
- The EU AI Act requires businesses that publish deepfakes, AI content resembling real people that falsely appears authentic, to disclose it, from August 2, 2026 (European Commission).
- The FTC's Endorsement Guides count virtual influencers as endorsers since the 2023 revision, so the usual rules on disclosing paid relationships apply (FTC).
Which AI UGC tools did we leave out?
- Topview: its Product Avatar can hold your product and starts from a product link, but it was named less often than the tools above. A candidate for the next round.
- Melius: a node-based canvas for creative work rather than an AI UGC ad tool.
Which AI UGC video generator should you choose?
Pick by the ads you'll run every month:
- The same creator in every ad, owned by you, with your product in the shot: The Influencer AI. This is the job we built it for.
- Many ad variations from a product URL: Creatify.
- Testing many scripts with stock actors: Arcads.
- Presenter-style ads in many languages: HeyGen.
- Product-in-hand ads with stock actors: MakeUGC.
- Trying many video models on one-off clips: Higgsfield.
- A quick ad inside a video editor: Captions.
Whichever you pick, start month to month and make three ads with the creator you plan to keep before you commit. New to AI UGC? Our AI UGC guide walks through prompts for the creator, product shots and talking videos.

What's the best AI UGC video generator in 2026?
The Influencer AI, if you want the same creator in every ad. You design or clone a creator once and own it, put your real product into its shots, and make photo and video ads from that one saved face, from $29 a month. For presenter-style ads in many languages, HeyGen. For turning a product URL into many variations, Creatify. For testing many scripts with stock actors, Arcads. We make The Influencer AI, and each tool's section links to the pages we read.
What is an AI UGC video generator?
A tool that makes UGC-style video ads, the selfie and talking-to-camera clips that look filmed on a phone, with an AI person instead of a hired creator. You give it a script and a creator, either a stock AI actor or one you made, and it renders the video with speech and lip sync. The better ones also put your real product in the creator's hand.
Is there a free AI UGC video generator?
Several have free tiers, mostly watermarked. Creatify's free plan gives 10 credits a month, HeyGen's makes 3 videos a month up to 1 minute each, and Captions has a free version without AI credits. Arcads has a 72-hour trial that needs a card, and MakeUGC lets you try a plan for $1. On The Influencer AI, designing your creator is free, and the free trial gives you credits to generate with before you pay.
How much does an AI UGC video ad cost?
Among the tools here with published prices, entry plans run from $15 to $59 a month, month to month, and bringing your own creator usually needs a higher plan. On The Influencer AI, a 20-second talking video with speech uses 40 credits, about $6.53 on the Creator plan. For comparison, Billo, a marketplace for human UGC creators, sells videos from $99 each.
Can I use the same AI creator in every ad?
Yes, in tools that let you save your own creator. The Influencer AI saves one identity and uses it for every photo and video. Creatify, MakeUGC and Captions offer custom avatars on paid plans, HeyGen photo avatars from its free plan, Arcads private actors on Pro and above, and Higgsfield through a Soul ID trained on 20 or more photos. With stock actors, you can reuse one actor, but other brands can use the same face.
Can the AI creator hold my product?
Yes. The Influencer AI places your real product into a shot of your creator, including one you already have. MakeUGC has Product in Hand on every plan, and HeyGen's UGC avatars can hold a product from an uploaded photo. Check the label in the result: small text is where AI still slips.
How long can AI UGC videos be?
Presenter tools go longest: HeyGen up to 30 minutes on Creator, Creatify 2 minutes on Standard and 10 on Pro, Arcads 2 minutes per talking-actor video. The Influencer AI makes clips of 10 to 15 seconds per generation and extends them up to 30 seconds, which covers most UGC ads.
Can I make UGC ads with my own face?
Yes. The Influencer AI clones you from 1 to 4 everyday photos on Creator and up. MakeUGC and Creatify make an avatar from a video of you on their mid plans, HeyGen from a photo or footage, and Arcads needs at least 2 minutes of video on Pro and above. Only clone yourself or someone who has given you permission.
Do AI UGC ads work on TikTok and Meta?
Yes, both run AI-generated ads, with labels. TikTok requires creators to label realistic AI-generated content, and Meta adds an "AI info" label to ads made or significantly edited with its own AI tools. See the labeling section for the US and EU rules.
Why does The Influencer AI rank first on its own list?
Because it does the job this list is about best: the same creator, owned by you, in every ad and post, with your real product in the shot, at a monthly price you know before you start. We've been building it for that since 2024. Lena's photos and talking clip on this page come straight from it, with no retouching, so you can judge the output yourself, and each tool's section links to the pages we read.
